Many of us have now become proficient at Zoom, semaphore, or whatever our chosen form of communication and may be getting bored. We’ll hanker after fresh territory and good news this weekend with the sun, Moon, Mercury, and Venus all in nervy and communicative Gemini, if only for distraction. Gemini likes to have quick and witty repartee and a laugh with friends, or it tends to worry, but since we have to keep our distance these days, we have to get creative with those mental squirrels we call brains.

This Gemini lineup can stir the winds and scatters our thoughts hither and yon. We can cross reference, cross pollinate, and have access to a million words to get our point across, so let’s brainstorm ideas and write our memoirs. Rigorous logic and an integration between heart and mind are not the Gemini strong suit, so we have to add depth to the Gemini breadth, add compassion, and check our facts and sources or else this energy manufactures fantasy, gossip, and conspiracy theory. While it’s great to see potential, mere wishful thinking won’t give us the tools we need to get there. We can do better.

Friday and Saturday are complicated; although the mood is generally steadied by a competent Sun-Saturn conjunction, another aspect can leave us foggy- headed but curious, creative and gullible- Mercury conjuncts Venus and both square confusing, soggy Neptune. In previous years, and hopefully again in the future, with this Gemini energy we’d be checking out the farmers markets, attending graduation parties, and generally being busy bees visiting…
