The Moon waxes full in Virgo this weekend; we may just get cranky, feel the first stirrings of spring cleaning or enjoy the early sparks of flirtatious spring fever.

This full Moon asks us what needs clearing, is it the dust from our minds, bitterness from our heart? Does our diet need to be refreshed, our politicians winnowed, or is it just our closets or desk that need decluttering. Virgo energy can be nervy, prickly, editorial, or creatively heart-centered, it’s up to us which way we play it. We can use this energy to anxiously complain, we can clear, clean and create room for new life in the spring or we can expand into the compassionate heart which is the gift of Virgo.

The stars will send us full steam ahead once we hit the Aries lineup of springtime. Right now, though, we have a green light, and our ships are turning around, the stars still ask us to catch up emotionally with recent events and do some repair work. And then think about our concepts.

Thoughtful Mercury is direct, builds speed and opens new possibilities while it is wedged between Saturn and Jupiter, all in abstract Aquarius, which is good for big policy decisions or new working hypotheses, if a tad impractical.

Venus is now with the Sun in sensitive Pisces and asks us to feel our feelings and do all this work with gentleness.
