It’s a tricky week astrologically, let’s turn up the volume on our situational awareness. Whether placing a coffee cup close to our keyboard, driving, or navigating a delicate conversation, we need to stay aware of what’s around us and who we’re dealing with as the Sun, retrograde Mercury, and Neptune all dance together in sensitive Pisces. Otherwise the situation can get messy.

With this Pisces lineup we may feel the need for more sleep all week long. We can feel super squishy as the Moon wanes towards the new Moon in Pisces on Sunday, in this emotional openness can make it a wonderful time for spiritual retreat, creative process or holding the hand of our beloved on a beautiful beach.

But maybe will have no such luck as to take time off and sit on a beach. Underneath the drifting, sensitive energy our feelings can be supercharged, we have to be careful not to daydream while driving this sports car. Mars, now in determined Capricorn, and Venus in fierce Aries turn up emotional heat and ambition. Even if we don’t feel driven to accomplish, we’ll deal with pushy people who remind us that we cannot drop our guard, we need to not add heat to the fire, but stay on target and stand up for what we believe, at home and in politics, in this raw and strategic year as Saturn pulls away from Pluto in Capricorn.
